Andy Rudd: Vocalus Singius (Singer) |
| Once described as having more front than Harrods,
singer
Andy set up the band 10 years ago. After shutting down the group
briefly due
to work commitments, the band was reformed with a fresh line-up after
close
friend Frank Heritage asked them to perform at his 40th Birthday bash. |
Terry Hotston: Noisius Drumindium (Drums) |
| Chelsea mad Terry joined the band in November
06. His humour and wit make RoadRunner rehearsals and gigs that extra bit special. He also plays
in Evening Sun along with Ken and the two Daves. |
Ken Bannister: Bassius Playious (Bass) |
| Bass player extraordinaire, Ken Bannister aged 59, going on 19. Has played in
various bands since the age of 19, including Airport, Intruder, Evening Sun and Wingspan. He and Terry (drums), played together for five years with Evening Sun, which ensures a great rapport and driving
rhythm section to support Matt and Andy. Ken has travelled the country in search of fans and is still looking!!!!!
Sometimes dons a wig to appear younger than the old git he really is! |
Matthew Oliver: Twangius Pickius (Guitar) |
| Missile builder Matt is the latest RoadRunner recruit and has been playing
for 13 years. His influences include Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, BB King, Buddy Guy, Matt Schofield, Robben Ford and the great Aynsley Lister.
Matt's playing style is a mixture of these, and he hopes he has combined their styles to become something that is Matt. Probably not though.....
Now based in Guildford, Wigan born Matt, who has been a member of various local jam and rock outfits, is also a local guitar teacher
and continues to work in engineering, but will eventually rule the world!

Dave Bowles: Twangius Pickius (Guitar) |
|
If you're lucky enough to have seen Dave play with us then you know that
it's a real treat to hear him. Dave, also of Evening Sun, stepped in to cover
the vacant guitar slot until we found a more permanent member. Travelling down from
Birmingham for every gig Dave enabled the band to fulfill our final commitments of 2007.
|
Dave Raphael: Harmonicaious playerious (Harmonica) |
| Dave has appeared on a few occasions
with the band and will leave you open-mouthed by his talent. The brilliance of his playing has
made Dave always in demand and in recent years, he has taken his blues around the UK and further
afield to Europe. Playing gigs and working in recording studios take up much of Dave's time, and
he now adds song writing to the list of his outstanding abilities. Several of his songs have been
recorded by independent artistes. |
